I’ve been getting back to one of my first loves—writing. I used to write in diaries when I was a kid, write notes, angry letters, love letters, blog anonymously on Tumblr when Tumblr was TUMBLING in a great way, and I journal like hell in my favorite journal with the encouraging words in calligraphy that read “FUCKING BRILLIANT.” I do agree.

Writing helped me make sense of the world around me and things I couldn’t understand. It still does.

Enter Life as a Muse, where I still try to make sense of my life experiences and the sh*t in between from my big ‘ole age, writing from a vulnerable and candid place. Sometimes it’s a rom com that boops me, sometimes it’s a romantic interest that I have BIG feelings for that confuses me. That was wildly specific but that’s the point. My substack is a wild card and I love that for me and the readers that decided to join me!
